    What we'll cover

    01

Where your business still runs on you

The calls, decisions and chasing that only happen when you're there, and what each one costs you over a year.

    02

    Where the money leaks

The enquiries that go cold because you're the only one who'd chase them, and what that costs you over a year.

    03

What to hand to a machine, and what never to

The jobs AI and automation should take off your plate in 2027, and the relationships they shouldn't touch.

    04

    Your first 90 days

The order to build it in, so January starts with a plan instead of a resolution.

    What you'll walk away with

    Your 2027 gap, in pounds

What it's costing you to be the bottleneck, with the simple sum to work out your own.

    Your first three hand-offs

The jobs that come off your plate first, and what replaces you in each one.

    A 90-day order of work

What to build first, second and third, before you spend a penny on software.

    Daniel Priestley
Francis Rodino gets it. He breaks down how to manufacture demand in a world drowning in choices. He has created a playbook for entrepreneurs who want to master lead generation and build a sustainable, scalable business.

    Meet your host,Francis Rodino

I grew BBC Top Gear's Facebook page to 10 million followers. Then I quit.

Before that, I'd helped NatWest launch its first online banking service and worked on BP's move to Beyond Petroleum. The Olympics, Sony and PlayStation came along the way. Big brands, big numbers, and a CV most people would be happy with.

But the higher I climbed, the less of the actual work I did. More boardrooms, more politics, more nodding along. So in 2018 I walked out and started again from nothing.

The first couple of years humbled me. I'd run campaigns for some of the biggest brands in the world, and I still spent my own money on marketing with nothing to show for it.

Here's what I took from it. A big job inside someone else's machine isn't freedom. It's a nicer cage. And plenty of founders who left to escape one have since built another, with themselves as the only key.

Today my wife Carolina and I run Lead Hero AI. We help founders step out of every sale without the business stopping. We built our own the same way, around our family rather than around me.

I wrote Leads Machine, a 2026 Business Book Awards finalist with a foreword by Daniel Priestley, and Lead Hero is a double finalist at this year's SME National Business Awards.
